Concrete Stairs Demo
Demolished concrete steps and prepared area for new construction. HSauled debris, and leveled the site for contractors.
Chain Link Fence Removal
Complete removal of 200-foot chain link fence including concrete footings. Hauled for disposal and backfilled holes.
Basement Cleanout & Organization
Cleared accumulated items from basement, including old appliances, furniture, and miscellaneous storage.
Vintage Clothes Hanger System Excavation
Excavated and removed old underground clothes hanger poles from 1950s backyard setup.
Concrete Slop Sink Replacement
Replaced old concrete slop sink with new model. Removal and hookup of new plastic tub with faucet.
Tree debris organization and removal
Organized and removed smaller cut tree branches and debris from yard after utility "pruning".
Property Line Marker Location
Found and marked property lines markers from 100 years ago. Saving hundreds in surveying costs.
